Samurai

I'm a huge fan of the cartoon Samurai Jack and the character design in that show is incredible. So when I was designing the armor I made the helmet/mask portion look similar to Aku.

Here is a quick Thor painting I came up with for one of the Daily topics. I really like the Norse mythology and I want to spend more time learning about it. It has a lot of really cool characters and creatures.

Bitemander

This is a made up pokemon I came up with. As I started to play around with shapes and design it started to have shark-like features so I took its pattern and coloring that direction. Maybe I'll have to show this in another illustration but I pictured this thing having massive teeth and multiple rows of them...

Medusa

Medusa. She is one of my favorite monster characters. Drawing this really makes me want to watch Clash of the Titans.

This is the monkey king Sun Wukong from the book Journey to the West. It was a sketch dailies topic. I had to look him up but there's actually a very cool story about him.
