For my Digital Painting class we had to choose a story and then do 4 illustrations from it over the course of the semester. I chose one of the greatest books of all time. J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit. You can see big changes in style between these 4 paintings as I'm still learning techniques. These are some of my favorite parts of the story.
Nate the Great! These look fantastic. Definitely lost some of the contrast in the printing. I love this series. Gollum has such a great gesture. And Sting with the orcs. Really good job.
